Colonel Boris Drangov

Colonel Boris Drangov was a bulgarian officer who distinguished himself in the Ilinden–Preobrazhenie Uprising, the two Balkan wars and the First World war. His subordinates remember him as a strict but just commander who did not shy away from the rough life on the front. On the 26th of May 1917 he was mortally wounded by a french artillery barrage and died of his wounds later that day.
