An agent from the newly formed Diplomacy Corps strikes an alliance with a tribal chieftain from the planet Smok IV, by an unknown artist of the Earth Federation. Estimated around the year 2470.

The painting symbolizes the successful relations between the Earth Federation and the primitive race that inhabits Smok IV.
